Jean Vanier Catholic High School is a high school in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada run by the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board.

On September 3, 1985, Jean Vanier Catholic High School opened to 40 students of St. Mary's Church. In 1986, the school moved to its present location and consisted of a hall with 6 classrooms and a library. The rapid growth of the school population requires the construction of existing facilities in 1994.

Clayton Capes, Chairman of the Student Council, 1994, and Robert Gill, Board Director, helped each other.

Unlike the original lobby and five classrooms, the current Jean Vanier High School has a sports complex, a cafeteria with stage, a music room, an art and tech zone, a computer lab, a church, an extension Library, student achievement center and several academic wings.

In 2005, another 10 classrooms were added, including a computer-equipped studio.

Jean Vanier has more than 650 students and 40 staff this year.
