The ranking of the disciplines in the university represents the university's knowledge of the field and the resources available to students. Every year, Macleans ranks according to the type of university, in order to popularize the content of the university and guide high school graduates. This year, the university rankings of the 10 popular subject areas introduced by Maclean's magazine are based on the university's academic research report and reputation. Maclean used five indicators to evaluate the school's rankings: two survey results that can represent the school's reputation, bibliometric data, and the publication and application of the paper. The collected data will be scored, and then the top 20 universities will be listed according to the sum of the scores. This ranking does not include the discipline of humanities and art, because the use of bibliometric data to measure the impact of the discipline in these areas is not the best.

Although Maclean's magazine has certain authority and representativeness, studying university is only a process of life. Don't be ranked in the forefront of the university's disciplines, especially from a profession that is not good or disliked. After all, choosing a subject that is not of interest to you will not be able to go to school. In the end, there may be reasons for not being able to graduate successfully or to transfer to a major. This not only wastes time, but also makes you unhappy. Therefore, universities and disciplines must be carefully considered.
