Program Description:

The Fanshawe Business – Accounting program will connect you to business leaders, and introduce you to business principles and accounting concepts. You'll learn to examine business from multiple angles, and how to maximize your unique skill set. You'll be taught by industry professionals who work in the field, teaching you how to balance the books in manufacturing and merchandising sectors, banks, and other financial institutions. You will also learn how to analyze numbers in public accounting firms and federal, provincial, and municipal government offices by using cutting edge accounting software. Available in a traditional in-class format, with September, January, February or May admissions.

Co-operative Education is a process which combines your studies with paid, related work experience. Fanshawe will be there to help you find the right business fit for your dream. You'll have access to consultants who will deliver classes, counsel and advise you as you move from the classroom, to the real business world.

There are options to transfer to the Business Administration - Accounting advanced diploma or the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree at Fanshawe. Further details about pathways are available here. You can also be eligible to complete a degree program at many other post-secondary institutions or complement your diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe College. Interested in travel abroad? You can do that, too. In the business world, mobility is often the key to success.
