With a broad but relevant curriculum, you'll learn about guest and reservation management systems and get hands-on experience in food service operations at Fanshawe's on-campus restaurant and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. You'll gain an understanding of what makes a successful business with courses in accounting, human resource management, financial management and event planning.

As part of your diploma, you'll also conduct in-depth research and planning with a managerial project centered on the hospitality industry. You'll also have the opportunity to explore a career as a management trainee before advancing to a managerial position.
