If you're interested in developing your sales, or customer service skills, the Information Technology Contact Centre program will help you answer your career call.
In this program, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills by studying the strategies and best practices to deliver an effective and high-quality consumer experience. As well, you can explore the skills needed to be successful in sales, where you'll learn how to think ahead about potential customer inquiries and identify the responses you will give.
