Program Description:

Earn your wings. Today's flight attendants are highly trained, highly skilled and focus on safety as the core of their job function. The Flight Services: Operations and Cabin Management diploma program encourages you to develop career-related skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing passenger safety and exceptional customer service as you work in the airline industry. Airline travel is business and emphasis is placed on developing a service-driven attitude to service customers while effectively handling the diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight. Prior to graduation and launching your professional career you’ll have an opportunity to obtain your Seneca College Wings at the Annual Wing Pinning Ceremony.

 

Admission Requirements:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)      or equivalent with:

    • Grade 12 English: ENG4(U) or       ENG4(C)

  • OR Mature Student Status (age 19 or older) with required      course(s), their equivalent(s), or appropriate Academic and Career      Entrance (ACE) Certificate program credits

As a graduate from the Flight Services: Operations and Cabin Management Diploma program, you may find employment as a flight attendant, cabin crew, airline customer sales and service representative, concierge, airline check-in agent, airport gate agent, or an airline reservation agent for Canadian or international air, rail and cruise carriers.
