Program Description:
In Centennial College's Tourism - Travel Services Management program, you will gain the skills you need to launch a career in one of the most significant aspects of the tourism sector, the travel industry. This is an industry that enables both outbound and inbound tourism, which in Canada is expected to climb to more than $293 billion in goods and services by 2030, according to Tourism HR Canada, a labour market intelligence organization.

The Association of Canadian Travel Agents/Canadian Institute of Canadian Travel Counsellors (ACTA/CITC) has endorsed this program. As such, you have the option to write ACTA/CITC certification exam (additional cost).
You receive a certificate in travel insurance, a Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) education certificate and a Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) certification.
Apollo and Sabre computerized reservation system training is included in the Travel Services Management program.
You are presented with volunteer opportunities at major tourism and travel industry trade shows and events.
The program includes the option to partake in an international field trip that provides experiential learning opportunities (additional cost).
There are frequent opportunities for networking with industry partners through guest speakers and field trips.
Admission Requirement:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission
