Program Description:
The Automotive Parts and Service Operations program is the first post-secondary program in Canada that focuses on parts service, warranty administration, customer relations and business operations. This diploma program will prepare students to work in an administrative capacity within the wider transportation industry, with an emphasis on operational management support. The program includes introductory business courses and specific automotive courses that will expose students to multiple aspects of the transportation industry, from automotive to truck, coach and heavy-duty operations. This unique combination of business and automotive courses will prepare students for a variety of positions within the automotive industry, such as a service consultant, parts advisor, warranty administrator or customer relations.

The program benefits newly-graduating high school students, graduates from Automotive Foundations or Techniques programs, mature students, automotive technicians seeking a career change within the industry as well as other personnel already working in the automotive industry who would like to pursue further educational opportunities.
Admission Requirement:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older).
English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission.
Mathematics Grade 11 M or U, or 12 C, M or U, or equivalent or take the Centennial College Business Math Skills Assessment for Admission.
