Program description:

Psychology involves the scientific study of behaviour and experience, including thinking, feeling and action. We study pscyhology to learn about human behaviour: how languages are learned, why some people crave narcotics, or how to promoste healthy child development.

The Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology program at our Waterloo campus is structured to ensure that students are exposed to the breadth of content that exists within both psychology and neuroscience, while still permitting sufficient flexibility for students to pursue their own particular interests.

You can earn a BSc in our Comprehensive or Psychology and Neuroscience streams.

Admission Requirement:

·         Admission range of mid 70s.

·         English at 60%.

·         Advanced Functions and Biology each at 60%.

·         For BSc Psychology and Computer Science: English, Advanced Functions at 60%, and one of: Calculus, Chemistry, Physics or Biology at 60%.

·         All prerequisite courses calculated in admission average.

Tuition Fees:

The Tuition fee in WLU depends on the credits students will choose and Students will be responsible for all fees assessed on their statement of billings.

Career:

What can you do with a degree in Psychology? Lots. Psychology majors often find employment in government agencies, the health and pharmaceutical industry, not-for-profit organizations, and a number of other areas in the private sector and government. With further education, you can also pursue careers in:
