Program Description:
The Operations Management program can take your career to new heights. This one-year graduate certificate is designed for university and college graduates looking for a career in the operations management sector. You'll learn to develop your supervisory skills, and how to manage people by focusing on the global economy and looking at the planning and management of all operations involved in businesses of varying size and complexity. Examining the business from all angles, from the supply chain elements to quality assurance, from purchasing to project planning, you will see the whole picture. Because today's business world is highly automated, you'll learn to use information and manufacturing technology and the importance of human relations and interpersonal skills. Available in a traditional in-class format with a September and January admission.
The program prepares you to start earning the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
A common first level with our Logistics and Supply Chain Management graduate program allows you to complete both programs in just three semesters ... that's two graduate certificate credentials in just one year!
