Douglas College is a public college in British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1970, the college serves some 16,000 credit students, 8,500 continuing education students and 3,000 international students each year. Douglas offers bachelor's degrees and general university arts and science courses, as well as career programs in health care, human services, business and the creative arts.
The college has two campuses: the New Westminster and the David Lam Campus in Coquitlam.
Each year, 3,000 international students from over 90 countries take for-credit courses at Douglas College, accounting for roughly 12.5 percent of the student population.

19 years of age by the end of the first month of studies in the semester of entry to Douglas College.

IELTS – minimum score 4.0, no band below 4.0

An official post-secondary transcript showing successful completion of English for Academic Purposes courses as outlined in the Articulation Handbook for ESL Programs in the British Columbia College and Institute System (transcript must show four skill areas: Reading, Writing, Listening and Conversation)

Programs are priced on a per credit basis. Currently, the international per credit fee for all programs is $580 CAD. One year of study (30 credits) will cost $17,400 CAD (30 credits x $580 CAD) plus mandatory student fees.
