Program Description:
Centennial College's Financial and Client Services program is ideal if you are looking for quick entry into the job market. It allows you to enter the retail environment in an entry-level position.
Providing a basic orientation to Canadian financial services, this one-year certificate program is geared especially towards employment in a contact call centre environment.

Through the Financial and Client Services courses, you will gain a strong foundation in accounting and financial concepts.
An understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals with an emphasis on telemarketing and the relationship between customer service and consumer behaviour is included in the Financial and Client Services program.
The hands-on learning you receive at Centennial College's on-campus contact centre lab will allow you to transfer your communication, customer service, keyboarding and financial skills to contact centre operations, one of the fastest-growing industries.
You will build on the skills you gain through a live, outbound community project.
Training includes the full Microsoft suite including: Word™, Excel™, PowerPoint™, Access™ and Outlook™.
Admission Requirement:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission
Mathematics Grade 11 or 12 C, M or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take a Centennial College Math Skills Assessment for Admission
