Program Description:
Are you convinced that York is the right place for you but don't see your "dream" program? Perhaps you'd like to combine majors in completely different fields, for example urban studies and computer science, or Spanish, women's studies and public health. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen. Students drawn to Individualized Studies want to "redefine the possible", searching for answers in places where few have looked before.
This program is not open to students entering their first year of university. You are eligible to apply to the program at the end of your second year.
You will work closely with advisers to set up your program, choose classes and fulfill degree requirements. Graduating with an Individualized Studies degree will provide you with first-rate credentials and experiences to develop careers and pursuits off the beaten track, creating new models for Canada in the global arena.

BA
· Senior Secondary School Graduation Certificate
o Successful completion of the final year of Senior 3/Grade 12 level of student
