Monarch Park The Collegiate Institute is a renowned global school that educates students about the principles of human rights, peace and environmental protection while maintaining a high standard of teaching. The IB program is a highlight of the school and its emphasis on academic scholarship emphasizes critical thinking, allowing students to receive both IB certification and Ontario Secondary School diploma upon graduation. The school cooperates with the international organization "Free the Children" to organize international volunteer activities and students can volunteer to participate in overseas school construction. The school works with local social welfare organizations to provide internships to help students understand the meaning of life at work. In addition to regular ESL classes, additional English language counseling is provided for students with a weak English foundation.
