School mission
"If a man of this world's wealth sees the need of his brother and gives his heart to him, how can the love of God be in him." (1 John 3:17)
Servant leadership
Our Catholic social doctrine requires that we serve the poor and vulnerable, and we are committed to this task - whether at school or at grade level. Every day, our board of students and staff reach out to those in need by their social justice work.
In Joan of Arc, we hope to provide our students a more profound opportunity to experience the servant's leadership, which is why we introduce our mission journey plan.
Different
Since 2009, students and staff have started 9 different mission trips. More than 300 students traveled to Kenya, Ecuador, India, Nicaragua, Tanzania and Ghana. They spent almost two weeks immersing themselves in culture, education and construction projects. The goal is to help improve the local community in a practical way.
For every student and staff attending one of these tasks, experiences change lives.
