PNP (Provincial Nomination Immigration)

Employer Assured International Student Category (with a job offer)

Requirements for the applicant are as follows:

1. Graduated from a Canadian college or university for 2 years or longer (one-year postgraduate certificate program is acceptable); at least half of the studies are completed in Canada;

2. Most importantly, to obtain a full-time, long-term job offer from an employer, the job belongs to the National Occupation Category (NOC) 0, A, B;

3. Must submit the application within 2 years after graduation;

Requirements for employers are as follows: Must have a place of business in Ontario; Must have a business history of 3 years or more; At least 1 million Canadian dollar turnover (GTA region) / $ 500,000 (other than GTA) for the last financial year; 5 full time employees (GTA area) or 3 full time employees (outside GTA);

Mannitoba Provincial Immigration MPNP


Manitoba has great advantages for local international student immigrants. Province of Sapa Experience Type - International Students

Applicants with Saskatchewan Experience - Students

Project focus: Only 6 months local experience in Saskatchewan, but the employer needs to be pre-approved.

 

Foreign students who graduated from the province of Saskatchewan:

Applicant requirements:

1. Graduated from an eligible Saskatchewan college and earned a certificate, diploma, or degree;

2. There must be at least 6 months (or 960 hours) paid work experience in Saskatchewan; qualified work experience includes:

- In-school experience during the study

Off-campus work experience during study

- Internship Experience Co-op Terms

Master's Bursary (Verified / Confirmed by Your School)

         fellowships that can be verified by your institution

- Experience gained after graduating from PGWP Work experience gained on a

         post-graduate work permit

3. Have been awarded by the federal immigration post-graduation signed PGWP

4. Obtain a long-term, full-time job offer from an employer in the Province of Saskatchewan that is consistent with your study major and needs to be: NOC 0, A, B; or assigned mechanic category; or Job offer Relevant to the majored profession, this work requires post-secondary education;

5. Hold a valid SINP Job Approval Letter - the employer needs to be pre-approved;

6. For NOC C positions, CLB 4 needs to be achieved;

A provincial student immigrants

There are no commercial migration categories in Alberta (A Province), but only the category of skilled migration, which is classified as follows:

• Strategic Recruitment Stream;

• Employer-driven categories Employer-Driven Stream;

• Self-employed Farmer Stream;

The Post Graduate Worker category for Alumni under the Strategic Careers category and the International Graduate category for Empire-driven categories for graduates outside of Ontario are the highlights of our presentation.

The advantage of these two categories is that there is no minimum working time requirement, meaning that applicants can submit immigration applications when they start work after graduation from A Province.

1, Strategic Recruitment SRS - Post Graduate Worker

This category is for international students who graduated from A-level college or above with the following specific requirements:

1. Shows that the applicant intends to live permanently in A Province;

2. Need to work full time in Ontario for Employer Employers when submitting an application:

2, Employer Drives EDS - International Graduate

This category is for applicants graduating from a Canadian tertiary institution or above with the following specific requirements:

Employer Requirements:

1. The employer must be a company incorporated in Alberta and having a place of business

2. The employer must provide the applicant with a permanent full time job offer, in categories 0, A, B, C of the NOC of the national occupational category;

3. The job invitation letter provided must meet the provincial employment and salary standards.

      

Applicant requirements:

1. Shows that the applicant intends to live permanently in A Province;

2. At the time of application, you must work full time in Alberta to support your employer applying for provincial nomination; and you need to be in the same job offer position as your employer provides.

3. To obtain a certificate, diploma, degree or post-graduate program from a college or above in Ontario, the length of the course must be one year or more. Graduates may be either from Ontario or from Canada Other provincial institutions.

4. To hold an effective post-graduation PGWP issued by the immigration office;

5. The current job position must be in the national occupational category NOC 0, A, B, C. If the applicant's occupation is in the NOC C category, the minimum language proficiency CLB 4 (equivalent to IELTS 4 points) must be submitted.

Nova Scotia International Student Immigration

Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry (Nova Scotia Immigration)

Application requirements:

1. Applicants need at least 1 year or above working experience in Nova Scotia with work experience in national occupations NOC 0, A, B

2. The applicant is 21-55 years old

Applicants at least high school education

4. Language Requirement: If the applicant's job belongs to NOC 0 or A, the language reaches CLB Level 7 (equivalent to IELTS 6). If the applicant's job belongs to NOC Class B, CLB Level 5 (equivalent to IELTS 5) Read 4 points)

5. Needs to be registered in Federal EE system

 

Project Benefits:

Quebec student immigrants PEQ immigrants

 

What is PEQ immigration?

PEQ is the acronym for the Quebec Experience Program, Empirical Quotient in Québec. The program is aimed at international students in Quebec and overseas staff with Quebec work experience. Eligible applicants can usually get a Canadian Resident Leaf Card within 8-10 months.

 

Students study in Quebec without work experience and can apply for immigration six months prior to graduation, whereas skilled immigrants require one year's work experience in Quebec and the work requires NOC Type 0 or Type A and B class.

 

Quebec students PEQ project immigrants have great advantages:

1. No work experience: As early as 6 months before graduation can submit an application

2. PEQ requirements of the learning time is short (minimum 1800 hours, equivalent to about 1.5 years

3. No professional and quota restrictions: PEQ immigrants (as long as 1800 hours of vocational training and access to DVS / DEP)

4. Do not participate in the traditional Quebec skilled migrants scoring, also do not have to consider the spouse's factor, do not need to attend the interview

5. Short waiting time: only 20 working days to get the Quebec immigration approval certificate (CSQ-Quebec Collection Certificate), eight months to obtain the Canadian federal immigration status

Atlantic Immigration Pilot-AIP

 

The Atlantic Immigration pilot project is focused on four Canadian maritime provinces, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. . 3. Schools admitted in the four maritime provinces have a minimum of two years of post-secondary education, full-time study certificates, and certificates / diplomas / degrees

5. At least 16 months in the four maritime provinces within the two years prior to graduation
