The applicant’s requirements are as follows:

1. Graduated from a Canadian college or university, with a minimum academic year of 2 years (a one-year postgraduate certificate course); at least half of the studies are completed in Canada;

2. The most important thing is to obtain a full-time, long-term job offer provided by the employer. The position belongs to the National Occupational Category (NOC) 0, A, B;

3. Must submit the application within 2 years after graduation;

The employer’s requirements are as follows: Must have a place of business in Ontario; Must have a business history of 3 years or more; At least 1 million Canadian dollars (GTA region) or 500,000 Canadian dollars (outside GTA) for the most recent fiscal year; At least 5 full-time employees (GTA region) / or 3 full-time employees (outside GTA);

Employers in Ontario ensured that the immigrants reopened on June 1, 2017. They switched to the online application system (online) and canceled the employer's pre-approval link. The data of the applicant and the employer were reviewed at the same time, and the processing speed was greatly accelerated. Paper submission, the employer's pre-approval link takes 3 to 6 months (some delays), and the employer pre-approves and submits the applicant's nomination application, which takes 3 to 6 months (some Longer time) to get a nomination certificate, and now the two links combined into one, with an average of only about a month.

The master's and doctoral categories currently use the online application, and a provincial nomination certificate can be obtained in approximately 1 month.

Manitoba immigration policy

There will be major changes in the nomination of international student migration in Manitoba in 2018. However, before the implementation of the New Deal, applicants who meet the old political conditions can still submit applications.

The old political project is described as follows:

Project summary: Graduates of post-secondary education in Manitoba (1 year only), who only need to accumulate 6 consecutive months of work experience (without occupational restrictions) in Manitoba. Employers can provide full-time long-term job offers to submit immigration applications. It is one of the most lenient projects in the province's nominated foreign student immigration program; the speed of approval is fast.

There are many categories of nominated skilled migration in Manitoba. We will focus here on the categories of international students. The applicant’s requirements are as follows:

Obtaining a diploma or degree (1 year or above) from a college or above in Manitoba;

The applicant holds a valid post graduate work permit issued by CIC;

The applicant must work continuously for the same employer in the province for more than six months; the employer is willing to provide the applicant with a permanent and full-time job offer;

There are no specific restrictions on the occupation, that is to say NOC0, A, B, C, D, but if it is a C or D class occupation, it needs to meet certain language requirements CLB 4;

In March 2015, the province of Manitoba cooperated with the federal expressway technology immigration and introduced the Expressway (EE). The project is currently in the pilot stage. The province will directly contact a certain number of applicants on condition that it is an existing applicant for technical migration in Manitoba. There is already a file No. that satisfies one of the three federal technical immigration programs;

The New Deal to be implemented in 2018 is as follows:

InternationalEducation Stream (IES) International Education Category

The Province of Manitoba nominated MPNP to launch the New Deal, and several Manitoba nominated immigrant programs have changed. Among them, the one with the largest international students studying abroad in Manitoba is the new project International Education Stream (IES).

Study Abroad reminds that the newly launched International Education Stream (IES) will take effect in the second quarter of 2018. Skilled Workers in Manitoba, the old Manitoba Skill Migration Project, is still valid. Before the new project goes into effect, applicants can still use the EOI system. Submit your application.

The new project IES is committed to providing faster provincial nominations for international students graduating in Manitoba and meeting industry needs.

There is only one category under this project:

Career Employment Pathway

Note: If the applicant is a graduate of another province in Canada, it does not meet the project's application requirements, but may be in line with the upcoming Skilled Worker in Manitoba project.

Career Employment Category Career EmploymentPathway

This category is a postgraduate who graduated from STEM major (ie Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and who has contributed to Manitoba industry innovation through internships, providing a faster nomination route.

NEW InternationalEducation Stream V.S OLD Skilled Workers in Manitoba

1. The old skilled migration project has no English performance requirements; the new Manchester foreign student program requires the lowest CLB/NCLC 7

2. The old skilled migration project has no requirements for the occupational category; the new Manchu foreign student program must be NOC 0, A, B work on the Man City's shortlist of occupations.

3. The old skilled migration project does not require professional and professional counterparts; the new project for foreign students in Manchuria requires work and professional counterparts.

4. The old skilled migration project has no restrictions on the number of applicants for the position; the new student program in the province of Mann may have restrictions on the number of applicants for certain professions or positions.

Study abroad

Advantages of the Manchester International Student Program:

1. Graduate students majoring in STEM majors in Manitoba make the most profit. After graduating and completing a compliant internship, they can apply for a provincial nomination without a Job Offer.

2. Canceled 6 months of work requirement

3. There is a half-year buffer period between the old project and the new project. Applicants who meet the old project conditions can still apply for the old project.

Disadvantages of the Manchester International Student Program:

1. All applicants must take the English test and meet CLB/NCLC7 requirements

2. The job category is limited to NOC0, A, B work on the list of shortlisted jobs in Manitoba

3. Work and professional must match

4. There may be restrictions on the number of applicants in certain positions

Saskatchewan Immigration Policy

Saskatchewan Experience Category - International Students

Applicants with Saskatchewan Experience -Students

Project Focus: Only 6 months of local work experience in Saskatchewan is required, but employers need to be pre-approved.

International students who graduated from the Province of Saskatchewan:

The applicant requests:

1. Graduation from a qualified post-secondary college in Saskatchewan and obtain a certificate, diploma or degree;

2. You must have at least 6 months (or 960 hours) of paid work experience in Saskatchewan; qualified work experience includes:

- On-campus work experience during school hours On-campus

- Off-campus work experience during reading Off-campus

- Internship work experience Co-op Terms

- Graduate student bursary (verified/confirmed by the institution) Graduate

        Fellowships that can be verified by your institution

- Obtained work experience after graduation PGWP Work experience gained on a

        Post-graduate work permit

3. Have obtained a post-graduation certificate issued by the Federal Office for Migration

4. Get a long-term, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job needs are the same as your study major. The job requirements are: In NOC 0, A, B; or the specified mechanic category; or Job offer Associated with the majors studied, this job requires tertiary education;

5. Holds a valid SINP Job Approval Letter - the employer needs to be pre-approved;

6. If it is a NOC C category, CLB 4 needs to be achieved;

With regard to the above requirements, studying abroad will read it for you. At present, no provincial nominated immigrant student is able to calculate the work experience required during the reading of the work experience required for immigration. This rule means that if a student graduates from Saskatchewan, the student will accumulate work for half a year if he is studying. Experience (note that there is no requirement to be continuous), after graduation you get a Job Offer from your local employer (though the Job Offer needs to be in line with your specialty), and your employer is approved by the Saskatchewan Immigration Department so that students can graduate after graduation Immediately submit applications for Saskatchewan nominations. At present, this type of processing time is particularly fast, usually within one month.

Of course, some applicants are worried that the Saskatchewan Immigration Department’s requirements for employers are very high? In fact, the Saskatchewan Immigration Department does not impose stringent hard demands on employers and employers on Ontario's employers' guarantees, such as turnover and number of employees. It only requires companies registered and operating in Saskatchewan to operate for at least one year. Above, you can submit your application. Moreover, there is no need for employers to advertise to prove that they cannot be reached by locals. Of course, the Saskatchewan Immigration Department will comprehensively look at the conditions of the employer and the reasonableness of the position to decide whether to approve the employer’s application.

Let me say that if students from other provinces want to go to work in Saskatchewan, as mentioned before, the policy has recently undergone major adjustments, as follows:

The applicant requests:

1. Graduation from a qualified Canadian post-secondary college, study for at least one academic year (8 months) of full-time study, and obtain a certificate, diploma or degree;

2. Has obtained the postgraduate work permit PGWP issued by the Federal Office for Migration;

3. Must have at least 6 months (or 960 hours) of continuous paid work experience in Saskatchewan; Qualified work experience only includes obtaining PGWP for graduation;

4. Get a long-term, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job needs are the same as your study major. The job requirements are: In NOC 0, A, B; or the specified mechanic category; or Job offer Associated with the majors studied, this job requires tertiary education;

5. Holds a valid SINP Job Approval Letter - the employer needs to be pre-approved;

6. If it is a NOC C category, CLB 4 needs to be achieved;

Summary: The provinces most suitable for immigrant students are Ontario, Province of Man and Province of Saskatchewan. Students can pave the way for their own immigration based on their own circumstances and make better plans for their own future. If the students have more in-depth understanding of this aspect, please contact us to do a detailed study abroad, immigration planning.
