In the first 1-2 weeks, we have already explained the mainstream projects of immigration to Canada (first and middle articles), which involve business immigrants such as investment immigrants/entrepreneur immigrants, as well as sponsored parents/grandparents/spouses. The group's cluster of immigrants today will be a detailed review of the next mainstream Canadian immigration project - skilled immigrants with a larger application group.

Skilled immigrants can be classified as overseas skilled immigrants and skilled immigrants according to whether the applicant has graduated from a university in Canada within the last three years. At present, whether it is overseas skilled immigrants or skilled immigrants, the following technical immigration categories are currently viable immigration projects.

Provincial Nominated PNP Technology Immigration Program (Provincial Nominee Program)

Federal CEC Experience Experience (Canadian Experience Class)

Federal FST Skilled Trades

We will now explain the current mainstream technology migration projects for everyone.

I. Provincial Nominated PNP Skilled Immigration (Provincial Nominee Program)

1. BC Skilled Immigration Program (British Columbia)

At present, most of the BC skilled migration projects need to have an employer offer. Only the category of the graduates can meet the requirements without the employer offering. BC's skilled immigrants are divided into two types: traditional projects and EE projects, each of which is divided into several sub-items:

BC Traditional Skilled Migration Project:

- Skilled workers category (requires employer offer)

- Medical professional category (requires employer offer)

- International student category in Canada (requires employer offer)

- MBA graduate category in BC (no employer offer)

- Entry and semi-skilled mechanic categories (requires employer offer)

BC Skilled Immigration EE Project:

- Skilled workers category (requires employer offer)

- Medical professional category (requires employer offer)

- International student category in Canada (requires employer offer)

- MBA graduate category in BC (no employer offer)

Key explanation: MBA graduates in BC without employers

Application conditions:

- Computer and information science and support services;

- Engineering;

- Engineering technology and engineering related fields;

- Health professional and related projects;

2) Prove the intention and ability to live in BC

Proof aspects can include:

- Duration of residence in BC and/or residence in BC

- Close relationship with BC, including work, study and family

- Indicates actions intended to reside in BC for a long time, such as finding a job or buying a home

2. Alberta Skilled Immigration program (Alberta)

At present, Alberta's skilled immigrants are also divided into traditional projects and EE projects. The traditional project is called Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS), which replaces the previous employer-driven and strategic recruitment categories. Canadian students who are currently working full-time in qualified occupations in Alberta; EE programs do not require Canadian employers, not only for Canadian students, but also for overseas applicants.

Which applicants are likely to receive NOI

1. Has entered the pool federal EE

2. Indicates that there is an intention to stay in Alberta for a long time

3. The occupations involved contribute to the economic development of the province

4. CRS score of at least 300 points

What conditions will reduce the chance of receiving a NOI

1. EE profile will expire in three months or less

2. Applicants are engaged in the following occupations and will also reduce the chance of receiving NOI.

-- Occupation belongs to "High-wage and low-wage occupations in the province of Alberta" (career reference link O web link)

- Occupation belongs to Alberta Opportunity Stream IneligibleOccupations list (career reference link O web link)

- Occupation belongs to a high volume of submissions acrossall AINP streams (career reference link O web link)

3. Saskatchewan Skilled Immigration program (Saskatchewan)

Saskatchewan skilled immigrants are a very popular technology immigration project in the near future, as they can be used for overseas applicants without the need for a Canadian employer. Of course, Saskatchewan skilled immigrants are also suitable for Canadian international students, but they need to have a long working experience in Saskatchewan. For Saskatchewan's employer-free skilled immigrants, they are now also divided into traditional projects and EE projects. Their hottest focus is on the list of often-shocked occupations in Saskatchewan.

On September 16, 2019, the Saskatchewan government reshuffled the list of shortages of occupations! In the past, only a few occupations in the list were added or deleted frequently. This time, the occupation list was greatly changed.

4. Manitoba Skilled Immigration program (Manitoba)

There are many types of nominee skilled immigrants in Manitoba. We focus on three categories: Skilled Workers in Manitoba , Skilled Workers Overseas in Manitoba, and International Education Stream in Manitoba.

The Skilled Workers in Manitoba category is: Applicants currently working in Manitoba with temporary work permits, including temporary foreign workers, international students graduated from other provinces in Canada, or work in the provinces of the province. Graduates of the province of Man. Need to work for at least 12 months in the eligible job category in Manitoba

Skilled Workers Overseas is suitable for overseas skilled workers who have a shortage of vocational skills and training. They have close family relationships in the province of Manitoba. Spouses have certain language skills, training experience and work experience to find jobs that are in short supply. Applicants will be given priority.

The International Education Stream, an international student category in the province of Manitoba, is a fast-track for international students who graduated from the province of Manitoba. This category does not apply to international students who graduated from other provinces in Canada.

5. Ontario Skilled Immigration program (Ontario)

There are two main categories of skilled immigrants in Ontario, and each category contains several smaller categories:

First, the employer guarantee category Employer Job Offer:

Foreign worker

International Students

In-demand Skills

Second, the human capital category Human Capital:

This category is divided into two subcategories: Master/PHD Class and Ontario Express Entry Class.

Master/PHD class

1. Master's category Masters Graduates

2. PhD category PhD graduates

Ontario Express Entry

3. Ontario Human Capital Priority Category Ontario Human Capital Priorities

4. Ontario French Skilled Migrant Category Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker

5. Ontario Skilled Trades Program

Below we introduce the conditions and targeted populations required for the main categories, and tell you which categories are currently open:

I. Employer Guarantee Category Employer Job Offer – The category is currently suspended for new applications:

1. Employer Guaranteed Foreign Worker Category Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker - Closed

2. Employer Guarantee International Student Category Employer Job Offer International Students - Closed

CIIS's comment: This category is mainly for international students who complete their studies in Canada. Please note that this qualification is not required to be completed in Ontario. The past work experience of the applicant in this category is not required; in addition, the Job offer can be used for entry wages. If the international student is working for the employer, the employer does not need to hire another job advertisement; although the category does not require any work experience; Special industry/occupation, Canadian immigrants suggest that it would be more reasonable for an applicant to submit an application for at least a few months after the employer has worked;

Second, Human Capital category:

1. Masters Graduates - The project is currently temporarily closed.

CIIS's comment: The biggest advantage of this category is that you can apply without work experience, but only for graduate students from Ontario (not counting in other provinces), and must submit an application within 2 years of graduation. This category adopts a policy of regular opening and closing. After the most recent reopening (October 12, 2017), the master's category will be fully filled in about half an hour. Therefore, applicants who are interested must make preparations in advance to avoid missing the opportunity. Every time the Canadian immigrants reopen, they will win the quota for all the customers who have signed up. The project is currently temporarily closed.

2. PhD graduates

CIIS's comment: This project only requires the applicant to be a Ph.D. in Ontario. There is no requirement for the applicant's language, work experience and settlement funds. It is obvious that the Ontario government is very eager to attract more highly educated people to settle in Ontario. The project is currently open;

3. Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities - Regular invitations;

CIIS's comment: This category is slightly lower than the federal EE score, the lowest score recently invited is 439 points

4. Ontario's Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker - Regular invitations;

CIIS's comment: This project shows that Ontario hopes to attract more French speakers. It is more favorable for French-speaking countries such as France, Belgium, etc., and applicants from Quebec Canada, there is no minimum requirement of 400 points. The project has been open, meaning that Ontario regularly selects eligible applicants from the federal EE system.

5. Ontario's Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream - Regular invitations;

The prerequisites for applying for this category are:

1. A valid file has been created in the EE pool

2. Meet the CanadianExperience Class (CEC) category

3. EE is intended to immigrate to Ontario or any province or autonomous region

4. Receive Ontario's Notification of Interest in the IRCC online account

To apply for this category, the following conditions must be met:

1). Work experience: At least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent part-time) Ontario work experience in the 2 years of receiving Ontario's intention to notify NOI. Work experience must belong to the NOC 633, NOC 72, NOC 73, NOC 82 category of skill occupations (both Class B).

2). Professional certification (if required): If the occupation requires certification in Ontario, it requires a qualification from the Ontario College of Trades.

3). Live in Ontario. Applicants must hold a valid work permit and currently reside in Ontario.

4). Language requirements. English or French must reach the level of CLB5, which is 5 points for IELTS listening, 4 points for reading, 5 points for writing, and 5 points for speaking.

5). Resettlement costs. Deposits or income must meet the minimum requirements to support the life of the applicant and accompanying family members.

6). Intention to live: indicates intention to settle in Ontario

6. Quebec Skilled Immigration program (Quebec)

The current Quebec technical immigration project is PEQ.

PEQ immigration project advantages:

No work experience required, submit application within six months before graduation

Minimum 1,800 hours of study time (approximately 1.5 years of course)

A wide range of diplomas are accepted, including technical college (DEC), 1800-hour vocational training diploma (DEP), vocational training diploma (DEP) and vocational training certificate (ASP) for a total of 1800 hours, or undergraduate or above.

No professional and quota restrictions

Apply for CSQ and complete school hours no more than 36 months

French B2 level

Many applicants of CIIS come from South America and their native language is Spanish. For students who speak Spanish in South America, French is very easy to use. Because the pronunciation and grammar of French is very similar to Spanish to a certain extent, it is entirely possible to achieve the B2 level in the French speaking test.

7. Nova Scotia Skilled Immigration (Nova Scotia)

Nova Scotia skilled immigrants also have an EE program for overseas applicants. This program is only available for the following occupations, and needs to meet at least 67 points (out of 100), the overseas applicant with the highest score A quick immigration application will be made through EE. The projectwas usually suddenly open, so it is recommended that qualified overseas applicants prepare as soon as possible.

There are also EE programs for Canadian students under the Nova Scotia skilled immigration category, which requires applicants to meet the following requirements:

1. Applicants need at least 1 year of work experience at Nova Scotia, and work experience needs to be in the national occupational category NOC 0, A, B

2. Applicants are 21-55 years old

3. Applicants with at least high school education or above

4. Language requirements: If the applicant's occupation belongs to NOC 0 or A, the language reaches CLB7 (equivalent to IELTS 6). If the applicant's occupation belongs to NOC B, it needs to reach CLB 5 (equivalent to IELTS 5). Read 4 points)

5. Need to be registered in the federal EE system

CIIS's comment: The advantages of the project are also obvious. First, the academic requirements are low, the minimum is only required to have a high school education, and there is no requirement to graduate at Nova Scotia. Secondly, the trial speed is extremely fast (the provincial nomination part can be approved in the fastest 8 days);

2. Federal CEC experience immigration

Canadian experience immigrants apply to international students with a Canadian education background and applicants for temporary work visas in Canada. This category will be applied through the EE channel.

Applicant requirements:

Full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in Canada for at least one year in the last three years;

The work performed is in the NOC 0, A, and B categories. The work experience must be authorized by the relevant Canadian institutions. The work experience obtained during the self-employment or full-time study period is not recognized;

Language requirements to meet the needs of the job:

- Occupational category is NOC 0, A, IELTS needs to reach CLB7;

- Occupational category is NOC B, IELTS needs to reach CLB5;

No academic requirements;

Applicants must be accepted by Canada and plan to reside in other parts of Canada outside of Quebec.

This is a popular application for Canadian students. The advantage is fast! It is necessary to have a provincial government review process less than the provincial nomination, and it is directly tried by the federal government. However, because there are many applicants at present, there is a tendency to increase the mileage.

3. Federal FST skilled immigration

Canadian skilled workers are suitable for applicants whose occupation is NOC B. They need to have an employer offer. After satisfying the basic application conditions such as language and work experience, they can submit the application directly into the EE candidate pool.

Finally, we will attach the results of recent EE scores to everyone. If you can go to the provincial nomination EE, you will get 600 points directly, and the score will be far ahead of the recent issues of more than 400 points.

October 2, 2019 EE minimum invitation score: 464 points

September 18, 2019 EE minimum invitation score: 462 points

September 4, 2019 EE minimum invitation score: 463 points

August 20, 2019 EE minimum invitation score: 457 points
