Case situation:

Applicant S, who once held a Canadian study permit and studied English in Canada for several years, was forced to leave the country and the study visa was cancelled for some reason. Later, after returning to China, he applied for a visa again, but was refused. The immigration officer listed some common reasons, such as worrying that the applicant would not return to China on time, worrying about the applicant's financial arrangements, etc., and did not give a more detailed reason statement.

ECanadaSchool knew that this was not so simple on the surface, so they decided to change the file for the applicant. After getting the file, we saw that the immigration officer listed about six specific reasons for refusal.

ECanadaSchool's analysis:

We first confirmed that the students really wanted to come to Canada to study, and the previous forced departure and cancellation of the visa were unintentional, so when we applied again, we wrote a detailed and reasonable explanation letter, And explained the doubts listed in the immigration officer in the file letter one by one. For example, the reason for the cancellation of the first study visa is because of some misunderstandings about the immigration law. In short, it is absolutely unintentional and explains the family funds. Detailed arrangements (we have always reminded applicants to make arrangements in this regard), as well as family income.

About 2 weeks after submitting the application, the immigration officer asks the applicant to supplement some of the documents in the middle of studying in Canada. It should be noted that some documents that the applicant read at that time were not retained, and there was about 10 months in the middle. For various reasons, they did not read. For the immigration officer's supplementary letter, we have another headache, because there is no document in the middle without reading. However, based on the existing cases, we did our best and wrote a letter of emotional interpretation accompanied by supporting documents on the side. 3 minutes after the supplementary document was submitted, the Immigration Bureau issued an approval letter

ECanadaSchool's tips:

It ’s really frustrating to have a history of visa refusal or even cancellation of school visa because of unintentional, but we recommend that you do n’t be discouraged. No one case is perfect, and each case has more or less its own Some questions, the key is still how to prepare a full set of documents, from the professional choice, to the study plan, to the display of family income and funds, to the last refusal of visa (if applicable), every detail must be paid attention, as long as the immigration officer ’s Such doubts will greatly increase the chances of visa success.

At the same time,ECanadaSchool also recommends that their friends should study well during their studies abroad. There should be no fluke or carelessness and try not to cause unnecessary trouble to themselves.
