Canada Durham College (Chinese name: Deheng College or Tulane College) was established in 1967. College of Health and Community Services

Since the 1970s, the college has provided programs related to health and community services. The school is multidisciplinary and currently offers programs covering health care, health care and health promotion, and community and social services.
